Improving our work tools

13. We are busy replacing all the faulty lights in the buildings and already completed a few

floors in Centurion and Erasmuskloof. The Lux levels in the buildings are not compliant at
the moment and we are busy addressing this non-compliant finding.

· Internal IT, in conjunc on with LDS, the internal service provider, has completed the End
User Device (EUD) refresh phase one which provided 1 471 new devices to SITAzens.

· The balance will be allocated in phase 2, and is s ll in the acquisi on process with SCM.

· The prin ng refresh project is completed. All old printers have been removed and new
printers have been installed na onally.

· Switches were replaced in Erasmuskloof and we are currently busy with Centurion,
Numerus and Beta. The es mated comple on date is the end of March.
