3. The award for the high access cleaning was completed and you will note that the all the

windows in all the Gauteng Buildings will be cleaned in the next two months.

4. We concluded six new catering suppliers that will be providing new products to our
canteens.

5. The open plan floor layout on the 4th floor in the South West Wing in Erasmuskloof with the

new furniture and op mizing floor space project was completed.
