Diversity improvement








       The diversity ac vi es for the company were introduced through the BBBEE programme, and the

       following feedback was reported:












































       The challenges to welcome more employees living with disabili es in our company was overcome

       but only par ally addressed.  We thank our colleagues their pa ence and par cipa on in se ng
       be er standards.  For example, evacua on chairs were introduced in the workplace.


       Other diversity management ac vi es included the Women's Day event, gender-based training
       programmes to ensure that more women par cipate in ICT training, and a special interven on
       concerning “Women and Health” and “Women and Finances” was offered to empower our
       female colleagues.


       The OHS and Facili es Management teams also worked with employees' feedback about the
       general hygiene specifically for women in the workplace.  The new service providers were
       subjected to strict standards to ensure cleanliness in the workplace.  We also had Careways
       interven ons where our colleagues complained about racial discrimina on, bullying and
       workplace harassment to address the problem areas.
