Performance Management Improvement








       The  performance  management  team  revised  the  Integrated  Corporate  Performance

       Management Policy through having 'design thinking' sessions with the business.


       This policy will be shared in focus group sessions with SITAzens to get further input and help you to
       co-create the new approach.  The highlights of the new policy were:
